Shipping Information
We strive hard to keep shipping costs minimum. Unlike a few other companies, we do not make profit out of shipping costs.
We charge actual shipping cost based on weight and destination zip code. We have accounts with UPS and USPS, who provide us with real-time shipping quotes based on your selection of products. We do not charge any handling fee. Our website selects cheapest method of shipping, unless you select another option.
If you are a local customer and would like to pickup your item instead, please call us to place your order.
Orders will be shipped within 2-5 days of receipt. You may request a priority service such as overnight or 2 day delivery and pay the extra shipping charges. Super Saver Ground Shipping applies to shipping addresses within the Continental United States only.
All orders will be shipped using standard UPS ground service, USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post. Our standard method of shipping is USPS Parcel Post or UPS Ground Delivery (within the continental US) from our store located in Port Huron, Michigan.
PO Box or APO/FPO
Shipments to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands and Guam
We don’t ship to most international locations, but we do ship to Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, APO and FPO. Additional charges may apply if you′re having your order sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands or Guam. We ship using US Postal Service Priority Mail. Estimated transit time is 3 to 5 business days. Air shipping is also available for additional charge.
Packaging
We always ship your order in appropriate packaging to help ensure it′s safe undamaged arrival.
Return Policy
We try our best to fill your orders correctly, however if we ever make a mistake and send you an item you did not order, simply return it to us and we will credit you for the full value of the item as well as outbound and return shipping. Incorrectly shipped items MUST be returned in their original packaging with all documentation in order for you to receive proper credit.
If you are disappointed with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of purchase, we will glady take it back, but you will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Any item (except for custom made items) may be returned for any reason within 30 days as long as it’s in its original packaging. Simply contact us via phone or email before shipping your item back.
If the product is defective, return it to us along with the original packaging and documentation for full credit, including return shipping.
Credit for items damaged in shipping must be claimed with the carrier. We will assist you, if possible, to rectify the situation, but we cannot be held responsible if damage during shipping DOES occur.
